    I cannot stress it more that the title does. I made this for dinner the other day and I have to tell you it was the best scallop dish i'v ever tasted in my life. And i'v had a number of scallop dishes in posh manhattan restaurants and this dish beat them by hundreds of thousands of miles. Its so simple to make and very easy to finish in seconds! I recommend making more!! Because once you get a taste of this it leaves you wanting more. Thank you Ina for my new favorite scallop dish!

    I thought this was a wonderful recipe. My boyfriend doesn't really like fish, but he did like this. I love fish and I thought it was very tasty!

    Absolutely wonderful. Didn't know what to make for dinner. Had scallops in freezer. Defrosted them and in minutes had a great meal. We must be big eaters as the entire pound was consumed by only the two of us. YUMMY!!

    Cooking is my passion. The scallops were tender, moist and succulant. The best scallop dish I've ever had! Guest worthy!
