This was so easy to make and everyone loved them! I used a stocking cookie cutter for Christmas. This is definitely making a place in my recipe book as a staple!

quick easy fantastic.
I add coco powder for nice chocolate shotbread. You can switch it up any way you want. Perfect basic recipe everyone needs to have

Do NOT use kosher salt as she suggests. The course salt does not blend in well with this dough and you get big chunks of salt in your mouth when you bite into the cookie.

what I love about this recipe is that its so easy to do there is barely any work that you have to do. Also the cookies taste amazing they are so butery tasting.
