Excellent taste! I did use less mayo.
I like the idea of putting lemon in when boiling the shrimp.
I love the idea of the Chinese take-out
containers!!!
Also, served as a wrap when we got to the picnic site.

Use home-made mayo if you have the time, which I did the second time I made this - improves the flavor like you wouldn't believe.

Good for a shower or girls' night in. There's a lot of mayo in the recipe so use the best you can find. I also added some fresh lemon and it helped cut the mayo taste.
