I didn't have Heinz chili sauce so I used sriacha. The cocktail sauce was a hit! Nice and spicy with great flavor!

This sauce was so easy to make and everyone at my dinner LOVED it. I also thought adding the lemon and salt to the shrimp made a tasty difference.

I've made this recipe so many times and it's always fabulous. I'll never serve cold shrimp cocktail ever again. The roasted shrimp as so much more flavor and the cocktail sauce is better than anything you can find at the store. So good! Don't hesitate if you're looking for a quick, easy, recipe for a fun appetizer. You won't be disappointed!

I've used this recipe forever - it's the best and easy to make last minute. Don't skimp on the FRESH lemon juice (no substitute.
Make it fresh & don't store for more than a day or two in the fridge.
Any longer & it takes on a 'congealed" consistency we don't like.
