I used the small ramekins as well last night. It was delicious!!! My father-in-law who doesn't care for chocolate even enjoyed it. I just put a little butter around the sides and it took about 23 minutes. It came out perfect and a little soft in the middle.
I didn't have coffee or kosher salt (used sea salt- a little less than 1/4 of a teaspoon. It was still fabulous without it! I will do this again for sure.

Since most people don't have 5 miniature cast iron skillets, does anyone have suggestions as to what to use instead? I like the individual portions - would souffle dishes work?
