The recipe indicates adding 1 1/4 cup half and half; Ina clearly only used 1/2 cup during the show and warned that adding too much liquid would make the end result too runny!

I, too, thought the eggs were runny and didn't look very inviting. However, anything with eggs, milk and goat cheese can't taste bad. Appearance of eggs not good; but rest of meal was 'a good thing.' Celine

In the episode she even talks about the fact that to make creamy scrambled eggs you need to add just a small amount of liquid. So, only add 1/2 cup of 1/2 & 1/2 to the 16 eggs. Otherwise it's very good.

Ina your the best for great ideas. I would of never have thought to put goat
cheese in the scrambled eggs.

I wish Foodnetwork.com could keep up with the shows on TV - lucked out
to find the recipe. It really looks good, but have to agree with previous
reviewer, eggs looked very runny-- will try this but cook a bit longer before
adding the cheese. Come on Foodnetwork, get it together!

I just finished watching this show and I'm sure the recipe called for only 1/4 cup of cream/half and half. Everything Ina makes on her show is wonderful so I'm sure this is just as good but with the right measurements. She stated that less is better when adding liquid to eggs.

When I watched this episode, the scrambled eggs looked VERY watery, I'm sure I will cook them longer. I wanted to SCREAM every time I heard Ina's friend say absloutely, when she was asked to do anything
