I saw the show also. She added the herbs to the eggs prior to cooking them, and both T of butter at the start. I have made it several times and it is always delicious.

Is wonderful! I also rewatched the episode on Youtube and she uses 2 tablespoons of each herb...the scallions are basically one or two stalks chopped after she sliced them in half length wise (so probably more than 2 tbsp. I love Ina and I wish I were her friend because she SPOILS them all! :

Great dish! Simple and easy to make. Not a huge breakfast fan, but I had to start sometime.

I mixed in smoked sausage. It was good but hard to keep lit.

The eggs were delicious! I didn't follow her recipe exactly. For my taste, I sauteed the herbs in the butter first, for 30 seconds. I poured the eggs over them and stirred to make sure they were evenly distributed...I don't like the taste of uncooked herbs in my eggs, but that's just me. I will make these again.

Quit bitching, you guys, and just make the scrambled eggs like your mama taught you! It'll take you back to your roots!

This was quite yummy and moist. And just a side note, null needs to get a life. Enough already with the comments about Ina. Just keep it to the food. If you have such a problem with her, maybe turn the channel. This isn't the first time you've made snarky comments about her. Move on.
