I am known as the "dip lady" because I love to make dips. I can honestly say this is the BEST dip I have ever made. I didn't change one thing and it was seriously amazing. If you like salmon you have to try this recipe.

Excellent dip. I changed a few things and it was a hit. I smoked salmon on the grill and served the dip with it on the side. I added one drained minced cucumber. I served some pita chips and veggies on the side also. I will do it again!

I use a whole can of smoked salmon and just mix it in with the rest of the ingredients.

Great and easy recipe. I opted to use Hidden Valley Ranch Dill mix--sub a tablespoon of that and it gives the recipe an extra umph!! If you love smoked salmon, you'll love this recipe.

Very tasty, although there was a lot of cream cheese. I think it could have used some Garlic-Garlic, and some onions. Definitely could have been thinned out a little bit. Overall, fantastic dip for light snacks.

Super easy. I left out the dill at first but quickly realized that the dill completes the dish. I don't have a mixer and just mixed everything with a fork. It still turned out great. Also agreed about dry dill working just fine.

I saw this in the Food Network magazine last month and my husband told me I had to make it. We really loved it, the second time I made it, today for Christmas, it was even better! I used a 6oz cup of plain greek yogurt instead of the sour cream this made it really fluffy and light, great that way for crackers and veggies. I also used dried dill, and it worked just as good as the fresh I used the first time.
I bought fresh salmon from the meat case and made it on a grill pan on the stove and then baked it a little bit, seasoned it with dill, basil, salt and pepper, and a little liquid smoke. When in the grill pan, put some butter and basted it a little bit.
I can say it was just awesome. You will love it!
