This simple yet sheek recipe was the perfect appetizer for my early summer BBQ for guests who loved seafood. Thanks Bafefoot Contessa!!! You are my favorite!!!

I just made this dip for Easter Sunday. I hope that since it has time to sit, there will be some flavor. After following the recipe exactly, I tasted it. SO BLAW! I added a bit more salmon. I am going to be embarrassed to set it out if sitting overnight doesn't help. Usually I love recipes from Ina.

This is a wonderful combination of ingredients. I have made it two times and everyone loves it. I added some finely chopped red bell pepper and a dash of Old Bay seasoning...yummy! This is great served with seasoned baked flat bread pieces. (coat the bread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper, dried parsley and salt...then bake until barely crispy People will love it! Thanks Ina.

Even people who do not enjoy smoked salmon. My teenagers keep asking me to make it again.

I love smoked salmon and thought this recipe would be a huge hit, but it was not. My family usually devours appetizers, but this went largely uneaten (while other appetizers disappeared. I usually love Ina's recipes, but I followed the recipe exactly this time and was very disappointed. I won't be making this one again. Sorry Ina.

My family, including my children, absolutely love this spread. No matter when I make and or where I take it, it is all gone. This is a keeper.

Made it for a work potluck recently and will make it again for another potluck this week - it was an absolute hit. The combination of ingredients is irresistible! Served it with Melba toast and water crackers. Wasn't fishy ... smoked salmon flavor was subtle.

I don't like salmon but knew my guest did so made this. They loved it. I added a little extra fresh dill in the mix and sprinkled some on top when I served it.

This is a great appetizer. I recommend serving it with carrot sticks, pumperknickel bread, or sesame crackers (alittle something for everyone. It was gone in no time.
