Wonderful Easy recipe . Love to make this with Ina's Asian Salmon when I have any left over. We always add 2 cups of salmon for a big salmon hit . Everyone always loves this spread .

Deeelllicious! I made this on a whim as my husband had just finished smoking some salmon. I used what I had in the fridge. Low fat cream cheese, fat free sour cream, was out of dill - so no dill.. (grrrrr, and only had creamed horseradish. IT WAS EXCELLENT! I'm actually freezing the other smoked fillet for New Years...hehe
Thank you Ina....this was off the charts for flavor! Super easy...super flavor...what more can a cook ask for?

Very good. Works with marinated salmon leftovers too! Just have a little more salmon (total 6 0Z. so the taste balances the other ingrediants.

This was a quick, easy and tasty recipe. The flavors melded well together and it was a cinch to make. I served this with Carr's water crackers, which was complimentary. My husband and I were invited to my in-laws for dinner and I took this as an appetizer. The Dutch do not make dips or spreads, however they sure seem to enjoy them as I am usually asked to bring a 'dip' along. This recipe was well received as my in-laws and husband enjoyed it very much, not a drop was left. It is a keeper. Thank you Barefoot Contessa for a very tasty recipe!

I'm in love with this salmon spread! Followed the recipe exactly (except I didn't have fresh dill, used dried instead and it seemed like the right amount of salmon. I love how the smoky and creamy flavors come together with a little zing from the horseradish. Even my 5 year-old loved it! (Shh...don't tell him it's made with fish!

I made this for some friends for a NBA playoff game.. great spread : The cream chesse is over powering so just add more salmon 2 to 4 oz.. and perfect! The horseradish and lemons make it so tasty! I LOVE YOU INA!!
