This is a great easy little spread. I added a little extra horseradish than the recipe called for to give a little extra zip.

All I can say is every time I make this dip, it's the first thing to disappear and people ALWAYS demand the recipe. Go easy on the salt, especially if using non-Norway salmon. I only gave it 4 stars (it rightly deserves 5 b/c it's so fattening but delicious. next time I'm going to try reduced fat sour cream. i'd love to use non-fat but I'm scared people will kill me!

Easy to make definitely, but on the bland side. Could barely taste the smoked salmon; mostly what you get is the cream cheese and the sour cream. If you like cream cheese and sour cream-based dips, you'll probably like it more than I did.

A little too salty maybe it was the salmon that I used. I make a shrimp dip that has similar ingredients and it is much better

Wonderful, easy, delicious. I got rave reviews from all my party guests. This is going in my permanent recipe collection. By the way, my recipe did not print landscape, like one of the reviewers complained about. Sounds like that person's print settings must have been adjusted unknowingly.

This is by far the best salmon spread I've ever had. It's easy to make and is a hit each time I've made it. It's not overwhelmingly fishy, so even those who aren't sure about salmon can enjoy.

This spread is great for a snack, parties or even an elegant picnic. It is quick and easy, I don't even use the mixer so less clean-up!
