    Made this the other day and it really is wonderful.. I too doubled the streusel and it was not too sweet at all. In fact, I think it would not be sweet enough if it weren't doubled.. It was delish the first day, warm, but it lasted for about three days and it tasted great each time we had it..Getting up early to make and take one to the teachers at my son's school

    Had left over buttermilk so decided to sub it for the sour cream. Didn't have cake flour so used all-purpose (minus 2 T per c. Doubled the topping/filling, which I thought was too salty, though others didn't. Also used a bundt pan instead. Turned out fine with all the adjustments. A real simple cake to make.
