    This was fabulous! I served if for fathers' day dinner, not realizing that my own father did not like spinach. He had two helpings!! Everyone raved about this dish. There is nothing I would change about this recipe. Way to go Ina!

    What a great way to fix a great tasting vegetable dish and not have to keep a real close eye on it, leaving me plenty of time to devote to a main dish, a hit with the family, as spinach is a #1 vegetable with my family. Keep up the great work!

    We used this as a spread for pita during movie time with the kids. When my picky 12 year old son said it tasted great, I knew I had a winner. It is absolutely perfect.

    I've found that an easy way to dry-out frozen spinach is to heat it slowly on low heat in a non-stick skillet. Don't add anything to it. This is so much less messy than squeezing it out!

    My husband and I absolutely loved this dish, but my kids did not. I don't there is anything that Ina makes that I didn't like. Thank you Ina!
