    Maybe I did something wrong, but this dish tasted a bit bland. Spinach lovers liked it. The rest of us just thought it was so-so.

    I made this dish for Christmas dinner and it came out SOOOO well. Next time I would chop the onions a little finer, and probably use a few less of them. You really need to be sure you wring out the excess moisture from the frozen spinach before you start, as it makes all the difference.

    This is another delicious recipe from Ina -- and easy to make. I served it at a party and it got rave reviews. I thought it might be too much onions, but it wasn't too strong. I prepped it the day before, took it out of the fridge for 40 minutes and baked as instructed.

    I love spinach...could eat it every day. I am always glad to find new ways to prepare spinach for variety. This dish was a hit with family and friends. The cheeses used really make the flavor! This will become a popular item when deciding on a dinner menu. Ina, I think you are wonderful. You are a delight to watch and your recipes are terrific! I have tried many of them and they all have become favorties. Thank you! Suzy
