    If you don't like spinach you should try this, it really is the Best I have ever had. Bar none!

    This has been a staple at all of my fall/winter holiday gatherings...and you KNOW it's good when family members bring their own Tupperware for left-overs! Michael's review from San Diego, CA nailed it!

    This was a yummy recipe. It was easy, fairly quick and very tasty. It would be a great do-ahead recipe for dinner with guest. I followed the recipe as directed and thought it was just perfect. Thank you Ms. Contessa for another great recipe.

    The Spinach Gratin was wonderful. I made it for a Christmas dinner party along with a Beef Tenderloin and everyone was raving. They all wanted the recipe.

    Nice recipe. I found there are a bit too many onions. Will reduce by a cup or so next time. Very good but missing that little extra something to bump it up to a five star rating in my opinion.

    Btw, the show said use 1 cup each of heavy cream and milk, but this recipe uses more milk. I followed the recipe from the show and I had plenty of white sauce.
