Made this with Ina's Sunday Rib Roast and the Mustard Horseradish sauce. I think it's the best meal I've put on the table in all my cooking. This dish is so rich and tasty, even folks who don't like spinach loved this!
Thanks, Ina for all your great recipes, books and the fabulous show!

Easy to make and tasted wonderful. The only hard part was chopping all those onions (I doubled the recipe.

This recipe was delicious and the easiest way to serve spinach to a crowd. Even my 1 year old grandson gobbled this one up. This recipe will be added to my ?must have at every holiday? menu list.
I am going to try to cut down the recipe so that I can enjoy it throughout the year.
Defiantly a keeper, thank you Ina.

This was easy and wonderful. makes a nice presentation too. I love it. I also like it because you can make ahead and pop in oven when ready. A definite keeper.

Heavy cream with spinach and sauteed onions, cheese on top. What's not to like. I had it at a friend's house and she emailed me the link. I only wish this dish weren't so calorie-filled; I'd like to make it more often because my kids love it! Any ideas to decrease fat content? Soy milk, skim?

I was looking for a simple side dish to serve with shrimp scampi with linguine for a family dinner of 12. Everyone loved it, even my sister who is a picky eater and doesn't like spinach. I gave a friend the recipe and she used it for her Christmas dinner and it was a hit. I thought 4 cups of onion to be way too much and cut down the amount to 1 1/2 cups. I definitely will use this recipe over and over.

Easy to prepare. Made it early in the day and then popped it into the oven. Held well, not that great left over.

My 12-year-old daughter loved this so much that she specifically requested it as part of our Thanksgiving dinner again this year. I think it will be a tradition in our household, but I also plan to make it other times as well! Very easy, and delicious.

I made this for Christmas dinner and it was honestly my favorite dish. I received many compliments. I did use about twice as much gruyere cheese on top and the flavor was a little overpowering.
