This dish was a real crowd pleaser, my guests gushed about the spinach, is simple can be made ahead of time and popped in the oven. Its rich and creamy and ohhhhh soooo yummy!

I made this over Christmas and it was absolutely delicious! I'm usually not a fan of cooked spinach, but this was amazing! Very easy to prepare and only took a little bit of time to cook. Delicious!

The cream makes this dish. Even my husband that doesn't like spinach liked this. It makes a lot though. You might want to cut the recipe in half if you're making it just for the family.

This dish is wonderful. It's easy and goes well with any kind of meat. I ususlly serve it with a holiday meal of prime rib, however it tastes great with turkey too! Even my 2 year old nephew loved it--and he hates spinach.
This is a good 'traveling' dish for potlucks.

I made this recipe for the first time Christmas 04. Since then it has been requested at every family function. I do substitute common everyday shredded Swiss for the Gruyere Cheese(used the first time. It cuts down on the cost and taste just as good. Great recipe strongly suggest!

My boyfriend hates spinach but I love it and when I made this he liked it so much that he's even eating it plain now. Really delicious, what a winner.

This side dish was good. My husband really enjoyed it but I thought that the nutmeg was a little overwhelming. I am a very picky eater so you might not want to go by me.
