This dish captures the flavor of the best steak house creamed spinach but lets you make it ahead. Everyone was impressed. And, the leftovers were great too.

This is a very tasty recipe. Very, very easy. I found a wonderful use for the leftovers also. Place the leftover spinach on top of a baked potatoe. It is delicious!!!

I started making this in Oct. 2002 and immediately LOVED it, as did everyone at the dinner party! I even added some feta which, I think, added a lot but it's wonderful without it. Ina, I love everything I've tried of yours. Just got your new cookbook "Cooking in Paris." Thanks for all your good stuff.

This was an incredible vegetable dish that I served alongside prime rib. It was easy to make and a big hit at my Christmas dinner table

After serving this dish on Christmas, one of my guests' comment was, "I usually don't care for spinach, but this is wonderful"! And it was indeed. All the blended flavors added to the taste buds - no need to change a thing!

Everyone loved this recipe, I am always looking for a good vegetable side dish which isn't too difficult but also not boring. Will make this for special occasions from now on.

My boyfriend loves spinich, and helped me make this for Christmas dinner. His comment was "It is okay, but not necessarally something I would want to have again for the amount of work it involved." (He squeezed the spinich dry and grated all the cheeses I kind of felt the same.

This was an excellent dish. I had a big Christmas dinner and my guests really loved it. I was a little apprehensive about making a new dish before especially since I was having a large number of guests. But everything worked out great. I felt like a professional cook. This dish is a must!

    Thanks.

I made this dish last night for Christmas dinner and it got rave reviews. I was looking for something different from green bean casserole and this is a definite keeper. It was rich and cheesy but not overly so. Best of all, it was delightfully easy to prepare. I saved the 20-minute oven cooking time for while the roasted tenderloin was 'resting.'
