A nice dish to serve as a compliment to something a bit more robust in flavor.

Just didn't care for it personally. About half of it was eaten by the crowd and no compliments/comments were made about the dish.

Simply delicious and so easy. I have received tons of compliments on this dish...even from people that do not care for spinach.

Another outstanding recipe from Mrs. Garten! Splurge and buy the really good cheeses. It makes a huge difference. This is a Christmas and Easter staple, or any time you want an impressive side dish. It's also one of those dishes you can make a day or two in advance and bake before dinner. It does feed quite a few people, so if you're cooking for 4 or so, you might want to cut the recipe in half. Enjoy!

Every X-mas I always add a new side dish to our menu to ease on the family. Well, now everybody wants this for X-mas. I really enjoyed this dish as well as so many of Ina's recipes. Between Ina, Paula, Big Daddy and Guy, I look like a super star in my kitchen. I didn't make any changes which I normally don't do when making a recipe for the first time. I can honesetly say, it is just perfect just as is. I will say that I noticed it tasted a whole lot better when I used parmesan reggiano as opposed to the shredded stuff in the grocery store. Quality really makes a different. Lastly this dish makes a lot so if you are not feeding more than 6 people, you will have a lot left over. I actually doubled this recipe for X-mas and fed about 30 people. Thanks Ina for another winning and fulproof recipe. You rock!

My husband doesn't give anything 5 stars, but this dish he loved. Leftovers (the few that remained were used as a dip for pita chips and flat bread. This is perfect and will be my "go to" side dish for dinner parties going forward.

This was amazing, everyone at our dinner party enjoyed it. This would make a terrific dip. I did make one change, I used fresh, pre washed and dried baby spinach. It was prefect.

I have been looking for a good creamed spinach and this is it! I just made it and it was so easy. I will definately make this for Christmas this year because it is my turn. I can't wait to bring this to the table.

I've made this recipe for the past two Thanksgiving dinners and it is always the most popular dish on the table. Everyone loves it and I've had guests ask for the recipe. I'll continue to make it each year. I highly recommend the recipe as is.

Fantastic recipe! This is a staple recipe now for my Christmas dinner. My family requests it. I make it. Would not change a thing about it either..
