Absolutely one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The steak was so tender and the mustard mayo was a perfect compliment. Definately makes a great lunch!

My husband and two teens loved this! We are wimps, so I cooked a little longer so meat a little less rare.

This sandwich was great. I was hesitant to try the Mustard Mayo but that stuff is delicious and I can see myself using it on so many other sandwiches.

This has become our go-to steak. Not steak sandwich...but steak. It is wonderful and my whole family loves it! On occasion, we add gorgonzola cheese to the mayo mixture... really yummy!

This sandwich is wonderful! Packed it for a family outing at the beach. I also browned the buns in the pan I used to cook the steak, as one of the other posters recommended. One additional change I did was to add horseradish to the mustard mayo mixture which kicked up the spice just a tad. Everyone loved it!

In the episode Ina says this was Jeffery's favorite steak sandwich in college. I can definitely see where Jeffrey is coming from. This sandwich was amazing!! It was the perfect blend of sweet caramelized onions, juicy tender steak, and that mmm mmm good mayo spread!! I made it last night and was so amazed at how simple it was but yet so delicious! I will be keeping this in my go to recipe file.

Awesome! One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I browned the buns in the pan I used to cook the steak, great addition as they get soft and crunchy. Great combo of flavors. Bravo!
