I made the steak sandwiches and they were okay, nothing to rave about (I love my own recipe. A couple days later I brined some pork tenderloin, sliced it and pounded it into cutlets, then grilled it. Made the sandwiches, minus onions, and they were SO good!

I made this for me and my husband last week and we both loved it! We aren't big fans of arugula, so we swapped it out with baby spinach and it was perfect! The mustard/mayo is a nice touch. Definitely making this again!

Delicious and simple. The Mayo mustard sauce is a must and I love arugala! My family really enjoyed it! Thanks Ina!

We made this for dinner last night and it was perfect. We grilled our steak instead of cooking in a skillet and it turned out wonderful. We also used leaf lettuce as my husband does not care for argula. The mustard sauce was perfect. It is definitely a recipe we will be making over and over again. Thank you Ina!!!

Really great and simple recipe...I made it for my family of 6; just bought 4 steaks and sliced them thinly. I used Ciabatta rolls instead of the foccacia, which was a wonderful substitute. I also used Boursin cheese (or alouette works too instead of the mustard mayo, since I'm not really a fan of mustard. With the arugula, it was absolutely fantastic!! I highly recommend this recipe to anyone, and encourage experimenting.

I make this steak sandwich all the time. I usually pound out a filet, since I always have a box in my freezer. I would highly reccommend this sandwich. I love the mustard/mayo Sauce, and sometimes I add capers, and always put it on both sides of the bread!

This was incredible! Every single part of this sandwich has a unique, wonderful flavor. Tasted even better than I could have imagined. I did leave out the arugula since I don't care for it. May try baby spinach next time, but even without it's a filling, mouth-watering sandwich. I loved it!!

I love a New York Strip -- and arugula on the sandwich was great -- but the mayo/mustard brought it all together! Don't skip it! It was amazing!
Thanks, Ina!
