    I made the sauce with a beef tenderloin instead. The sauce was so good on the meat as well as on steamed asparagus. It was much easier to prepare than I thought. My husband joked he could drink it as a milkshake it was so good!

    Absolutely fantastic! I am not a big meat eater, and virtually never like any sauces, but my hubby loves a delicious steak so I gave this a try. Boy, was I surprised! I loved every bit of this, steak and sauce both! I can't say enough good things about this -- this will be a regular at our house! Thanks!!

    The bernaise sauce was very good, but next time I make it, I plan on adding a little more white wine and a little less vinegar.
