Absouletly Perfectly Delicious. I tried this last night, very easy receipe, very easy to follow. Results were terrific. This is the first time my husband, in all our 15 years, did not ask for a steak sauce to eat with his steak. He complimented that it was the best steak he had ever had. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Excellent! Better than a steakhouse. My family is a medium to medium-well steak, and 20 minutes was perfect (tested with thermometer. Definately use the cast iron skillet and let it rest at least 10 minutes. So juicy and tender!

I now know how to cook the perfect steak every time and if you add a mushroom side and onion rings, you will out do any steakhouse in town for 1/2 the price.

Are you kidding??? Sooooo juicy and tender!! I have NEVER enjoyed a steak cooked indoors until now and I may never go back to the outside grill. Unbelievable and almost impossible to do anything, but chew and moan. I did ribeyes instead of filets and seasoned with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder. You have got to try this!!

The ONLY way to cook steaks!! And for a Texan to abandon the charcoal grill, that's saying something!

I don't know how to cook very well, but I made this and my 9 yr old son told me I had to make steak this way every time. My husband told me it was utterly, the best he has had.

outstanding reviews from my two guests. wrapped 1 1/4 inch Filets with bacon. dipped dry meat into olive oil then into mixture of Canadian steak seasoning along with ample amount of granulated garlic. Grilled the two minutes on well heated (highest #iron skillet on each side covered with the butter then placed pan in the 400 degree oven for total of 4 minutes. temp was 125. placed steaks on plater, made a tent of foil and covered for 6 minutes. Results were great. Tender and moist
