This is a fantastic recipe!! It is so easy to make and transport. Every year we go to the beach I make this to end out our meal around the pool!

Ina does it again! After making her French Apple Tart over and over again, my husband and I were excited to make this Summer Fruit Crostata! We served it warm with Hagandaaz Vanilla icecream and it was HEAVENLY!!!! Such a lushious dessert and healthy too! Making my own dough was easy and delicious!

been making this for years! always a crowd pleaser, not to mention the perfect comfort food! i took only one star off since i realized when i first made this, if you arent experienced with baking you may overcook it cause the crust to burn. the fruit WILL be tender, dont worry!

A wonderful recipe! The crust is delicious and the filing was perfectly sweetened. I also love the rustic feel to this dish. Thanks so much!

Amazing! It was easy, light and delicious. I used Marie calendars prepared pie crust and added 1/8th tsp cinnamon plus sliced almonds to the topping and it was out of this world! Served it with frozen vanilla yogurt. Thank you again Ina!

Delicious! I, too, "cheated" by using a Pillsbury pie crust, but other than that, I followed the recipe. The crostada is as beautiful as it is delicious. Thank you, Ina. You are the best!

I made this for a 4th of July party we are going to. So fabulous!! I didn't change a thing except I added nectarines and I didn't peel any of the fruit! Oh, I also used a ready made crust. So easy.
    Thanks, Ina

So much easier than making a pie and so much prettier! I "cheated" and used a Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust because I was short on time. I would probably use a touch more sugar next time also. I also didn't have orange zest or juice on hand and it turned out just fine without it. YUM!

Easy to make and tastes so good. I couldn't believe how good it tasted. The fruit was perfect, the crust perfect. Great with whipped cream on top!
