Excellent! I halved and it was still too much for two of us, but it'll be my lunch at work tomorrow. I also added shrimp that I halved lengthwise, s&p'ed, then coated in cornstarch and fried. Yummy! I only had an hour to maserate the tomatoes, grape, so I put them in the microwave on high for 3 minutes right before adding to the pasta. So they wouldn't cool the pasta down too much. Worked great. Try this recipe, it's easy, and tasty.

This is so delicious I cannot understand how it could get a bad review. I did not have cherry tomatoes and used grape tom. instead. You won't need 4 pints if you use these. 3 will do. Besides that, I followed the recipe exactly. Can't wait to see what my friends think. Next time I might try adding toasted pine nuts. This one is a keeper. Thanks Ina. I love your style :

This dish was awesome! Very easy to make and my husband loved it. I added a little bit of friend onions and it complemented the garlic very well. Thank you!

Made this dish tonight. Delicious and has great flavor! Used about a pound of grape tomatoes (Costco sells them in a 2 pound container. Also sweated a bag of baby spinach with a half of a cut zucchini in a little olive oil. Added the tomato mixture to the spinach and zucchini and then added it all to a half pound of cooked capellini pasta. I also added some of the pasta water to the pain. My husband loved it. I know I will be making this one again.

This recipe is tasty and easy to make. I've tried it with bowtie pasta for a change. Definitely use a little pasta water. Will be on my table as a side dish on Christmas Eve. Thanks, Ina!
