This dish was awesome! Very easy to make and my husband loved it. I added a little bit of friend onions and it complemented the garlic very well. Thank you!

Made this dish tonight. Delicious and has great flavor! Used about a pound of grape tomatoes (Costco sells them in a 2 pound container. Also sweated a bag of baby spinach with a half of a cut zucchini in a little olive oil. Added the tomato mixture to the spinach and zucchini and then added it all to a half pound of cooked capellini pasta. I also added some of the pasta water to the pain. My husband loved it. I know I will be making this one again.

This recipe is tasty and easy to make. I've tried it with bowtie pasta for a change. Definitely use a little pasta water. Will be on my table as a side dish on Christmas Eve. Thanks, Ina!

So good--like a bruschetta pasta! Very fresh, not too heavy. Easy as a make ahead. I let the tomato mix sit on the counter all day and then just made the pasta in a few minutes and dinner was ready. Wonder if it would be good as a cold pasta salad tomorrow? Worth trying if you are trying to use up all those cherry tomatoes from your garden before they go bad.

I loved this recipe! It was perfect. Even my friend who doesn't really like tomatoes ate it and said it was the best meal ever and wanted the recipe! Thanks Ina!
