After watching Ina make this several times I finally decided to give it a try
My only complaint is that I waited so long! This is the perfect summer desert, a little difficult finding the bread but worth the effort. Everyone raved about it, and its definitely a keeper!!!!

This dessert was easy to put together and actually unmolded successfully. It tasted absolutely amazing and all my bunko group players loved it!

I used blackberry brandy when I couldn't locate raspberry brandy. Still tasted great!!

Mine actually got stuck to the deep dish and would not come out of the bowl. I had to let it sit on the plate upside down for almost an hour before it finally fell onto the plate! It looked beautiful and tasted great and my guests loved it! Thank you!

I thought this pudding was fabulous except I would put it in a pretty trifle bowl next time and leave it there. It really leaks after a couple of hours and what a mess, so I put the cake and plate in the sink! It was so good...I caught my teenage son eating the rest of it right out of the sink!

Excellent Wow factor in this dessert. I used Frangelico for the whipped cream. Leaked some, depends on juice content of the berries. Next time will incorporate 1pkg of unflavored gelitin to control it.
