I made it last Sunday and it tasted excellent. Notes: could not get it out of the bowl and the Framboise did not make a difference!

Super easy, make ahead dessert that always manages to "Wow" company by it's beautiful stage presence. Delicious taste regardless, but I've substituted 1/2 the sugar with splenda to lighten it a bit from time to time. Simple ingredients and it's ready when you are. Thanks Ina

Has anyone tried to substitute any other Liquor or Sweet Drink for the BRANDY, that the receipe calls for? I am not a big fan of Brandies, so I substituted it with "A Sweet Champagne".Doesn;t have to be those $200.00 Champagnes, to me when mixed, sweet is sweet...My guests loved it..

I bought all of Ina's books because of this recipe, and I finally made last night. It is great. I will make oiver and over. All of Ina's recipes are great and easy to make. Love her and her show, only wish she could be on late at night so that I could watch her more often. Thanks Ina for giving us wonderful ideas for entertaining.

Absolutely fabulous tasting. Made it with store-bought brioche (from Whole Foods. It took no time to prepare. I didn't have the right size souffle dish, my was 13 inches in diameter, a little bigger than recipe calls for, so I made a tad more berry sauce. Came out beautifully. One note - do not unmold it until you are ready to serve and keep it chilled until then. And, my pudding could have easily served close to 20 people.

I made this the first time for guests and everyone loved it. The consistency was great and it looked and tasted delicious. The only comments I have are these: Using port instead of framboise makes the dessert even better, and use about 1/2 a cup of sugar instead of 1 1/2 cups, because the sweetness of the berries eliminates the need for so much sugar. Other than that, perfect!
