This turned out really good! I made a batch for my hubby in the evening, put it in the frige and the next day he had a bowl. Since it needed to sit over night I passed on the banana but did add raisins, cinnamon was a nice touch. I cooked the oatmeal longer then what recipe stated, it took about 6-7 mins to get thick, worth the wait. I also added a TB of butter, my mother always added it to our oatmeal when we were little, brought back a lot of good memories. Thanks for the recipe :-

Loved it! Easy to prepare, common ingredients, and delicious on a cold morning. Used cherry infused cranberries in lieu of dried cherries which are hard to find in this part of the world.
