If you dont have a thousand dollar blender the 'seeds' of a seedless watermellon dont get broken down enough and while it may taste good i still get these hard little pieces of seed on every sip

Note: She does use mango in the episode... but peach tastes good too. Just use whichever you prefer or even a little of both :D
To heidib_12292427:
There are no bananas in this recipe, so you don't have to worry about that.
As for the watermelon, you could increase the quantity of the other ingredients listed to make up the difference. Or you could try adding any of grapefruit, mango, a whole orange (in addition to the orange juice, coconut - whatever you like and think would go well with the other flavors. You could try blueberries too - that would probably taste nice.

Healthy does not always mean low calorie or have to require all nutrition facts. I mean really, this is a recipe, not a quaker chwey bar. Look at the ingredients, that will tell you whether its worth the calorie intake or not.
This is a great recipe, plenty of vitamin C and healthy carbs to boost energy and fiber to keep you full, plus it tastes great and is quick and easy for morning prep.
Thanks for the great breakfast :please ignore comments with pathetic insults

You could both stop arguing and just enter in the data yourself. Here's a link to a site were all you have to do is list the ingredients & give the number of servings and it will calculate the total for you.

To the last commenter,
I flagged your post and can only hope it gets removed. How classy of you to insult someone on the internet, and to do it anonymously...it says a lot about your character. Calorie counting is the least of your problems if you can really justify doing that. And by the way..."missfire" only has one s. Learning how to spell could definitely be a better use of your time...and ours.

A beautiful and tasty smoothie. Very appealing. Question? Where might the Nutrition Facts be found?

Would love to know the name of the juicer being used, as well as from where they can be obtained.
