This was so easy and such a delicious recipe. I can't wait to make it again! I made with halibut instead of swordfish.

This recipe is definitly 5 star. I substituted broiled orange roughy for the swordfish and it paired really well with the tomatoe sauce. For those who do not like fennel, try this recipe anyway. The fennel taste is subtle that it is not noticed. In fact, none of the ingrediants are noticable individually! Thats what makes it a 5 star recipe!

My husband "thought" he hated all fish...until he had this for dinner! He LOVED it! Yahoo! Now, I can make swordfish for dinner. This is excellent. I omitted the fennel as my husband hates licorice (yup..picky eaterbut kept everything else as the recipe called for. Cooking time for the fish was perfect and the tomato/caper sauce was extremely good! Thank you!

the hardest part of this dish is the sauce, and that doesn't take long. My wife loved the the dish and she doesnt care much for swordfish.
