Delicious! I used a combination of thighs, drumsticks and boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Boneless, skinless breasts have a tendency to dry out on the grill but these were incredibly moist! The marinade was fantastic and not overpowering. I cannot wait to make this again and I know this will be a staple in our house during the summer! Thanks Ina. After reading the reviews I did add a bit of oil to the marinade.

Good for a basic weeknight rotation. I served with Cilantro Lime rice and mango salsa. I thought it needed the kick of the salsa. A little plain on its own but tasty.

This is the best chicken I have ever made! I seared my chicken on both sides on my grill pan and then put the chicken into a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. So juicy and yummy! An awesome marinade, thank you so much Ina!

Zesty and refreshing after a day at the beach. A good pick me up for surfers too tired to do much cooking!

Overall I think this recipe has some potential but I'm still trying to figure out what kind of sides would go well with this dish. Other than slicing it up and serving it fajita style! I'm always looking for a new way to cook chicken so this will be added into my regular rotation. I may invest in an electric juicer thought because juicing limes is a lot of work for little pay off!
