I made this for a dinner party of 24. Instead I used boneless breasts, and only doubled the recipe and marinated 6 breasts per ziplock bag. It came out perfect. I got raving reviews and many asked for "my" recipe...I let them know I got it here from Ina! Thanks!

This recipe was really good. I wasn't able to marinate it for more than 2 hours, and it was still delicious. I was out of garlic so I added granulated garlic instead, it turned out great!

We loved the tangy flavor that the marinade imparted to the chicken.

Despite my wariness, I marinated the chicken overnight...and the results were as I expected--chicken ceviche. So, the chicken was ruined before it got to the grill. Still, we tasted the marinade beforehand and liked it and decided to try again. Next time, I marinated chicken and shrimp for just an hour prior to grilling. Both grilled beautifully and tasted great. My husband and I wanted fajitas, so I sauteed slices of red and green peppers and an onion, added some of the marinade and a tablespoon of brown sugar, then the sliced chicken to half of the vegetables, the shrimp to the rest. With grated cheddar, sour cream and the other typical fajita garnishes, the dish was a real winner. We liked the repaired result so much, we're having it again this weekend. It's now "company food."

I was so excited to try this recipe, but it wasn't nearly as good as it sounds. While you end up with a moist chicken, it ends up being sort of a sweet marinade. I would try a small run of this before making a big batch.

We liked the differentness of this recipe, but was a bit overwhelmed with the lime and tequila. Guess we should have taken our cue from the name. We probably will not use this recipe again.

Everything Ina Garten prepares on her show always look so great....this chicken was no exception...it seems like a lot going on, but believe me, it was so tender and flavorful! And this is from someone who is not the best at cooking or grilling chicken...Try it, you will not be disappointed!

I make this chicken at least once a month all year round. It is so good and juicy!
