Everything Ina Garten prepares on her show always look so great....this chicken was no exception...it seems like a lot going on, but believe me, it was so tender and flavorful! And this is from someone who is not the best at cooking or grilling chicken...Try it, you will not be disappointed!

I make this chicken at least once a month all year round. It is so good and juicy!

Boneless, skinless chicken works well in this recipe. I try to marinate for 48 hours, cutting back the lime juice by 1/3 and increasing the OJ. Served with spanish rice (topped with chilled pineapple salsa and some margaritas, this dish is simply wonderful. Another hit from Ina!

I have made this many times. I have it in one of Ina's cookbooks and the page is a mess with orange and tequila stains. I love it leftover in a salad cut up or I make a fatita. I love lime so I had no problem with it being overly limey.

I halfed the recipe, as I was cooking for my husband and I only, but the lime flavoring was just too much. The chicken was moist enough, but we ended up drinking a gallon of water just to flush out the sour flavor of all the lime juice. We will definitely NOT make this again--we threw out the recipe.

I had such high expectations for this recipe after reading the reviews. Eh? I don't get it. Followed everything to the "t". It was okay but not worth the trouble. We were very disappointed in it and will not fix it again.

This was the most tender chicken on the grill I've had yet. Nice strong lime taste, but thought it would be spicier with the jalapeno's. I think I'll add the seeds next time too. I've been munching on the left-overs for 2 days now. Great!

My whole family loved it! I only marinated for about two hours and the flavors were wonderful...next time I'll marinate overnight to enhance the flavors even more! I highly recommend you try this one!

I made these for dinner the other night. I thought they had a real strong tequila flavor. The other flavors were not as noticeable as I had hoped for. I used skinless breasts, what I had on hand, and marinated them for 5 hours.
