These are fantastic - I time putting them in the oven as I see people arriving, so everyone is greeted with the warm almonds - super big hit! Thank you Ina!!

Everyone loved these. Next time would add a bit more olive oil and fresh thyme... maybe a tsp of each. You really do need that much salt!! Easy and tasty.

a great twist on the rosemary roasted nuts that everyone has been doing for a while. Easy and delicious, took them to a party and they were a hit! This will be my new 'go to' bar nut recipe.
