As Ina says "how easy it that?" super easy and very delicious. I served a warmed olive salad, toasted bguette, a variety of cheeses and wine. A great light dinner!

I put EVOO, pepper, garlic powder, and swiss cheese on top. Cooked for about 13 minutes. Very tasty with tuna fish as an easy dinner!

Made this tonight and loved it. Used half melted butter and half oil, garlic powder, and real Parmesan. Served it with the Neely's chicken noodle soup. It will be a staple around here.
