This has been my go to recipe. Absolutely delicious and easy to make! I would recommend this to everyone! Next time I'll go without the coconut and have it plain to use with hot chocolate or for toasting on camping trips. A keeper!!

Absolutely delicious. My mother would give us toasted Coconut Marshmallows as a treat that she had purchased on shopping trips. These taste exactly like I remember those treats. Easy to make - just follow the given instructions and you should have no problems. I did some using only the toasted coconut all over the marshmallow and some using icing sugar as well as coconut. Prefer total coconut but both are so so tasty. You can't leave them alone.

These are easy to make and taste delicious. I gave them as Christmas gifts last year to coworkers and they were a big hit. I made some with the coconut, and just tossed some in confectionary sugar and some in holiday colored sugars. Two batches went a long way!

These marshmallows are delicious and taste nothing like store bought. I brought a batch to work and 2 coworkers do not like marshmallows and they couldn't stop eating them. I'm making a batch now to make rice krispies treats for my husband.

Can you say FAB! These soo delicious. I made it as directed the first time, the second time I changed the Vanilla extract to Almond extract and still wonderful. I also took a crack at making homemade graham crackers so we could have S'mores. I recommend these to be eaten as is, they jus POP so much better in your mouth all by themselves. THank you and these will be a new holiday treat.

I made these this morning, they turned out great! I did reduce vanilla, other reviewers mentioned 1 TB was too much.

NO EGGS! My toddler granddaughter is allergic to among other things, eggs. This recipe will be good for her. So glad I found it.
