My 20 yr. old "Ina wannabe" daughter and I tried these for Christmas gifts! They came out perfect. Did half with toasted coconut and half plain in the same 9x13 pan. Definitely worth trying...they are delicious! Giving as gifts with gourmet hot chocolate mix.

So easy to make. Light and fluffy. Gave them as gifts in treat bags and everyone love them! Will make again.

I am a professional baker and this was just an awful mess! I cannot believe all the positive reviews of this recipe. Perhaps everybody knows something I dont, but it took forever, was impossible to cut, would not smooth down and tasted of nothing. Never again.

Made these for a church bake sale and they were a huge hit! An interesting addition to all the normal cookies and cupcakes, everyone wanted the recipe. Not the quickest thing to make, though.

These marshmallows taste great when finished, but are extremely difficult to cut and get out of the pan, despite using several helpful hints. Most were wasted because it took too much effort.

the marshmallow base taste a lot like store bought marshmallows but with much better texture, then you add the toasted coconut and they soar...my husband even liked them a lot and he's not a marshmallow guy.

not a difficult process and a nice novelty -- can get sticky though, and i was certainly prepared to eat them off the mixer whip :

These were the absolute best. The recipe was easy to follow and they turned out perfect. I'm going to try spreading the marshmallow onto grham crackers and dipping them in chocolate after cutting.
