I made these for Easter and got rave reviews! My husband hates marshmallows but he can't seem to stop eating these?! My aunt said she hates marshmallows as well but loved these. Thanks Ina, for yet another spectacular recipe! This will be one that we make for many years to come.

I didn't think I LIKED marshmallows until I tried this recipe. (I only made this as a test for a bake sale. Just amazing - I made two batches and gave them to friends for Easter. (Beats peeps big time!! Only two things I would add: spray the pan w/ cooking spray before putting the marshmallows and don't whip them too long or you'll never get them out of the mixing bowl! 15 minutes was too long w/ the first batch and 12 minutes was better. (high altitude maybe?

These are soooooo delicious. They're delicious dipped in chocolate too. Will definitely be good for s'mores. These are way better than Jet-Puffed. Thanks so much for the recipe, Ina!

These are SO delicious, and I couldn't believe how simple they were. You just let the mixer go for a while and voila, marshmallows! And so much yummier than the bagged kind. I can't wait to try these out in s'mores this summer!

At first it looked odd, but turned out to be great! The coconut it a good touch. I suggest to serve it the same day it's made. My son loved it!

I love this recipe. When I first made it I was a little nervous but the marshmallows came out great. Even better, when I put them out on a tray for a party no one would believe they were made from scratch. Since then I continue to make them and now when I make them I even cover them chocolate which makes them even better. I even sprinkle the tops of the chocolate covered marshmallows with the coconut.

I made this for the party favors of my anniversary party, and it was my very first time making marshmallows. (I know, what a challenge to be trying something I had never made! I never knew it was this easy, as it does seem to be hard to make. I kind of felt it had a bit too much vanilla flavor though. I want to try making chocolate dipped marshmallows next time I make them.

I made these for a party and they were a hit! I cannot believe how easy making these were too.
I made this to the recipe. I used wax paper to cover the pan, thinking that this would make it easier to pull the marshmellow out, but it only helped a little bit. I would suggest next time, putting almost a crust of coconut to help get them out of the pan.
