Wonderful, easy and I loved it! Didn't have the pine nuts but who cares? Didn't miss it! Thanks Ina!

The only changes I made were to use Sherry Vinegar instead of regular red wine. I just find the flavor so much deeper. I also didn't have cream cheese so I used greek yogurt and will do so forever more. Low Cal and I love the tang with the creamy feta. I literally was eating the tomato mixture from the bowl..its THAT good. If doing low carb, this topping would make a great salad on its own.

I just made this and let me say, it is absolutely delicious. These would be great for appetizers and also a lunch with a glass of iced tea. It's very easy to make, to assemble and my 8 year old son even loves these. He said, "These are better than I thought they would be!"

Wow, is this ever good. I made for a light lunch and it was amazing and so easy. Had to substitute balsamic for the vinegar in the recipe and it was outstanding. Will make it again soon, & will share with others.

Loved this recipe. Helped a friend make this for a bridal shower. We substituted the red wine vinegar for balsamic because that was what we had around and it was still very tasty. Also we tried some topped with hummus instead of the feta cheese spread. Also a very good substitution if you are not into feta cheese.

Fantastic blend of flavors. I drizzle a little balsamic glaze over the top of each one.

I make these crostinis for small dinner parties (half the recipe and for large parties. I am always asked for the recipe and they are always the first to go. You must try these!

These were amazing. I can't wait to make them this summer when my tomatoes are ready to harvest.
