D e e -l i s h!!!! Oh my goodness! Served this as an app and, what a hit! Men, of course, loved it, and women devoured! Not a bit left over! Follow directions and use a very good vinegar, it will make a difference!
Enjoy and thanks, Ina!

These little treats are so good! I'm bringing them to the next party. Last time I served them, everyone raved. Ina, you did it again!!!

Easy and delicious. The tomatoes I used were not particularly tasty on their own but the dish didn't suffer any for it! This was a hit at the potluck - everyone asking what was in it, how I made it, etc. Great recipe. I followed the recipe exactly except I prepared well in advance and just assembled the layers of ingredients at the party. Happy to know I could easily transport and assemble w/o stress or effort. I had a few leftovers this morning so I put an egg on top and had a great breakfast.

So delish, fresh and easy. Can definitely make ahead and assemble 1,2,3 before serving. I halved the recipe for just me and my husband and it was so filling. Served with some red wine, we didn't even want the spaghetti and meatballs I made for dinner. Followed recipe exactly, maybe added a touch more basil and pine nuts. Can't wait to serve to friends!

It is winter in Wisconsin and I just had to try this! It was a little summer in the middle of winter! Yum! I cannot wait to make it for some get togethers. I think this would be a great go to recipe. So easy to make and delicious!

This recipe is fabulous! I substituted mascarpone since I had it in...excellent. Instead of serving crostini with soggy bread- I drained the tomatoes after they marinated....easier to eat, the bread stayed crispy and the vinegar did not overwhelm the superb ingredients.
This recipe will become a staple around the pool this summer! thanks Ina

Simple to make! Delicious! The feta adds a nice bite to the bruschetta. Also, although I served mine quickly once assembled, I would imagine that the cheese layer keeps the tomato mixture from making the toast soggy if they sit for a while. I did find that this calls for way too many tomatoes for a loaf of bread, but I didn't mind as I used the leftover tomatoes on a spinach salad, for a wonderful salad the next day. No leftovers here!

I had to bring a dish for the ladies to share after a tennis tournament. Everyone was devouring them and left an empty plate. It is winter in New England so bringing a bit of "summer" flavor was amazing. So flavorful with the feta and lemon. I did not have any pine nuts so I omitted them but it was a hit!

Delicious! Next time I would add less salt to the whipped feta but other than that it was to die for!
