As I was making this recipe, I used about 1/3 the amount of feta it called for. If I would have added the amount called for, I know it would have been too much as other reviewers have suggested. The dressing was delicious. If you cut down the feta, 5 plus stars, recipe as listed.....too much feta. One of the best pasta dishes I ever made!

This salad is awesome. I had to make one small modification. I used fresh grated cheese (both and the salad was slightly dry. I added a few tablespoons of Miracle Whip which made it less dry and wonderfully creamy. Being a cheese head from Wisconsin, I have a tendency to over-cheese things! I was missing several ingredients and normally if I don't have something on hand, I won't make the dish or will modify it. This salad was so worth the trip to the store for the missing items. I have made it several times in the past 3 weeks and I can't seem to get enough. Oh, one more thing I had to do. I had packaged sun dried tomatoes so I reconstituted them in a liquid of equal parts red wine and olive oil for about 15 minutes and then drained and chopped them. They were great. I would definitely recommend this recipe, especially if you enjoy good pasta salads. Very yummy!!!

It was so good, I brought it to a housewarming party and it was a hit! However, i goofed and put the parsley in the processor by accident and made a pesto out of it instead, added a little more oil and red vinegar to make it not so thick and more of a dressing to cover the pasta uniformly and it tasted just yummy! Thanks Ina!

I love all the ingredients going into this salad so I was excited to give it a try considering all the great reviews. I think the sundried tomatoes, both in the salad and dressing was a nice addition. The dressing was also delicious and interesting and I would use it again. However, the salad had so much cheese which made it very heavy as a dish. Maybe use 1/4 to 1/2 the amount of feta? Even though I love it, it seemed like too much. I haven't added parmesan to this type of salad before and that was also a nice twist that gave it more interest but again, I would cut back on the amount of parmesan as well.
