Excellent! I've made this twice now, and everyone loves it. I do add the entire amount of feta, as everyone here loves feta cheese. As others have suggested, I do double the amount of the dressing as I think it would/might be a bit dry if you didn't.

This recipe is an absolute winner! I quadrupled it for a picnic for 40 people and it was very well received, with very little leftover. Lots of requests for the recipe, and for me to make it for other upcoming events! I took the advise of other reviewers and cut the amount of feta in half. I also added just a tad bit less fresh tomatoes than the recipe called for. You can just eyeball it when you are putting it together and tailor it to your liking. I subbed the fresh parsley for fresh basil since I love fresh basil and I thought it would complement the salad a bit better...it was absolutely delicious! The dressing smells and tastes amazing and it's a pretty reddish color. This is the best pasta salad I've ever had and I know I will be making it again and again for many years to come for my family and friends to enjoy. Thank you Ina!

Great recipe! This was my first attempt at pasta salad and everyone loved it! I added extra capers, sun-dried tomatoes and red wine vinegar. For the feta and parsley--I just eyeballed it. I also used penne instead of fusilli because that is what I had on hand.

This dish was the hit of the party. I did follow user reviews and cut the feta and parsley in half. Delicious!!!

This recipe is easy and full of flavor. I can never get enough feta so I was surprised so many reviews stated there was too much! This salad will undoubtedly make several appearances on our summer table.

This recipe is as good as people are saying in their reviews! The flavors are excellent together, the salad is moist, and it sure beats any other pasta salad recipe I've tried recently!

Like some of the other reviewers, I added quartered artichokes. I used feta that had basil and dried tomatoes in it, and I used half whole-wheat pasta. I really liked the flavors and textures with the slight alterations, so I'll definitely be doing it the same way next time I make it.

Excellent recipe: Remember (ala Anne Burrell, always salt the pasta water heavily. I did not have any sun-dried tomatoes in stock (gasp!. Conversely, I chose to add roasted red bell peppers into the dressing as a substitute, which added a nice complex and tart flavor. Lastly, I substituted fresh chiffonade basil for parsley, and dropped in a little genoa salami...I mean, who doesn't like a little Italian meat with their pasta? I will certainly use this again, with or without substitutions, is an exquisite pasta salad.

So, so good! Hands down one of the best pasta salads I've ever eaten. No longer will I pour bottled Italian dressing over cold noodles again as a picnic side dish. I'm going to try adding basil and pepperoni next time.... Mmmm.... Thank you Ina! Your recipes are always great and this one will be one of my regulars.

Delicious and super easy! I don't usually measure, I just "eye ball" measurments and this still turned out great! I will add this to our summer BBQ foods rotation
