Fantastic pasta salad! I'm adding it to one of my "Go To" Dishes! Perfect for a potluck at work. Great for an easy dinner with chicken. I doubled the sundried tomatoes for both the salad and dressing. I might even try it with a little anchovie paste in the dressing next time. Thanks, Ina!

I love this salad! I took it to a bbq once and everyone ate it up. I was looking for something to make for a debate watch party tonight and I think I will make this and just add grilled chicken breast and make a meal out of it. Ina has the best recipes!

Awesome recipe! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the amount of cheese. I used about 1/2 of both the feta cheese and Parmesan. I made this for our Sunday School Potluck today and it was a hit. Lots of flavor!

Huge Ina fan but wayyyy too much feta for half lb pasta!! Needed more dressing too. Next time I will use cup of feta and quarter cup Parmesan. Delicious flavor. Added artichoke hearts. Parsley adds nice fresh touch.

Wow! So much flavor and such nice texture. Taking it to this weekends girl friends getaways. The only thing different I did was do 1/2 pound of feta and next time I will use the entire lb. Was thinking it might be too much with only a 1/2 lb of pasta. So, So, GOOD!!

Very good! Made to eat for lunch all week, definitely didn't need to double the dressing, staying moist & oily for days on end. I used 6 oz. pre-crumbled Feta, and as a cheese-lover there was more than enough, seriously. I'll definitely omit the salt from the dressing next time since it's quite overwhelming prepared as-is. And at first, I forgot the Parsley & Parm, but don't, because they really helped balance out the intense & briny flavors of this salad. In the end, enjoying for lunch, day #3.

I've loved it! It's different to the pasta salad I usually make. I added some dressing though (lots more vinegar and a little more olive oil because I love the pasta salad real juicy and I added some capers to mix with the ingredients. A great side for grilled steaks!

I think I've made this about 6 or 7 times this summer. Such a great pasta salad. The flavors are strong and wonderful. I too had to cut down on the feta and I almost doubled the sun-dried tomatoes. Everyone who's tried it, loved it!
