I made this thinking it sounded wonderful but maybe my olive oil wasn't the best. It had a very
heavy "olive oily" taste. I really think it would have been better with a "tasteless" oil. Maybe
just plain salad oil??? Some advice please.

Very good pasta salad. I do agree that the feta cheese amount should be reduced. A pound of feta in my opinion is too much. Otherwise, I did not change a thing.

Excellent! I made this twice-the first time I didn't have all the ingredients so I used black olives and mozarella cheese and grated parmesan in a can as substitutes and it was only OK. The second time I followed the recipe exact but doubled the dressing recipe like other reviews recommended and it turned out fabulous!!! Everyone that has eaten this has asked for the recipe. Its good leftover the next day if you double the dressing, otherwise it is quite dry but still very tasty.

Delicious is the only way to describe the "sauce" you pour over the pasta! I actually made more than the recipe called for so I have xtra to add to the salad since it soaks into the pasta. I've made it 2x, and it is certainly a keeper! In my humble opinion, cucumber in this salad is a perfect combo with feta and tomatoes! I put in a whole chopped cucumber.

Other than that I followed the directions perfectly and want to thank Ina Garten for a wonderful Pasta Salad recipe!

I enjoyed this tasty variation on the basic summer pasta salad. I nixed the olives and capers; don't care for either. I also doubled the sauce like many others suggested. Only salted the water for the noodles and left all the other salt out, as well as the pepper. Next time, I think I'll add some cucumber and red onion. I might try splashing in some Italian dressing to make it a little "wetter." Overall, pretty good!

I used basil instead of parsley and omitted the feta. Next time I will use whole wheat pasta and I agree it needs double the dressing.

My family loves this recipe. I add one seeded cucumber and half a red onion to the salad and it is fantastic. Thanks Ina!
