This salad is soooo yummy! Everything combines together very well, although I may use a smaller or 1/2 clove of garlic b/c I don't love fresh garlic- it can be kind of overpowering. This salad is great- I ate some at room temp right away and some cold the next day- both were awesome!

This is a very easy, very tasty pasta salad. Fresh parsley makes all the difference.

Tastes great but both my husband and I thought that the amount of feta was way too much. A third would have been enough. I'm even thinking that if I made this again, I would use small mozzarella balls instead and also go easier on the sun dried tomatoes (in the salad, not the marinade.

This was a very taste salad. I made one substitution instead of feta I used fresh mozzarella. I'm sure if I used the feta it would have work as well.

It's a great flavorful pasta sin mayo which is great! I actually put about 1/4 of the feta mentioned and skipped the the Parmesan cheese as well as the Sundried tomatos in the pasta part. Adding Avacados is always a plus too. Thanks Ina

A KEEPER...This was an EASY and delicious salad. I was in a rush and eyeballed more EVOO than listed but I think it made the pasta salad more moist and "less salty". Such an easy recipe that can be adjusted to taste. Many recipe requests and little left over! Thank you Ina!

Incredibly good. Used the whole box of pasta because half the box did not seem to be enough, but kept the rest of the recipe the same. I thought it would need more of the dressing, but it turned out great with the added pasta. Fresh grown parsley made it even better. Ina always saves me when I have no idea what to make for dinner guests. This one is a keeper!
