Just took this to my son's baseball picnic and it was the hit of the day! : It was gone, gone, gone in no time. I accidently left out the garlic, but no one missed it. In fact, that may have been better for the kids' tastes. Great great recipe!

Delish!!! I just whipped this up and was very simple to make. I don't like olives so substituted artichokes; didn't use as many sundried tomatoes (3 small chopped for pasta salad and 2 big for dressing and had corkscrew pasta on hand (larger spirals. Still turned out great!
Also used 2 tbsp of Garlic EVOO and 4 regular, add a little garlic kick! No parsley on hand and even without parm was good (although i threw some in the sauce :
Definitely try this next time you're looking for a pasta salad.

Very, very good. I made this for a cookout and it was a hit. The only changes that I made were:

I used chopped black olives (rather than sliced/diced, balsalmic vinegar (didn't have any red wine vinegar on hand, omitted the kosher salt (I salted the pasta water instead, and used a three-cheese blend of parm, asiago, and romano in addition to the feta (instead of just parm.

I will definately make this again! Thanks, Ina!

AMAZING...I made it for a picnic out why my fiancee and it is a must for next time as well. I didn't have the red wine vinegar i just added a little more oil and it was fine. If you are worried about the capers, don't be, you really cant taste them in the dressing because it is mix with other things but i am sure it would be different without them.

I have made this a few times and is always enjoyed. I don't drain oil for the dressing and cut back on the olive oil. I don't use as much feta that it calls for. There is so much flavor! Love it.

I was looking for an alternative to normal pasta salad and this was very good. I found it to be a bit salty but with some added olive oil it was fine. I also left out the capers, just don't like them. My husband says it's a make again!

This is my go to pasta salad - use it for all my bbq's. Always goes so fast and everyone always asks for the recipe. I usually make 2 pounds of pasta for parties and times the dressing ingredients by 4, but use 1-/12 to 2 lbs of a really good feta (usually bulgarian and 1 lb of olives. It is all according to your taste. Use less than you can always add more if you wish. Sometimes the salad can dry out if you make it earlier, so if that is the case, I add more oil and vinegar to the dressing. Very tasty and delicious salad!

Super delicious! Thanks again, Ina. I did as others and only used 4 oz Feta. Had sun dried tomatoes without oil, so I measured out the oil needed and dropped the dried tomatoes in for 4 days ahead, then used them when making the recipe. Also used half parsley and half basil (I grow both! It was excellent and everyone loved it at work for our Friday potluck! I'm not giving out this recipe (maybe!
