Super easy and tastes fabulous like you spent all day making it. I added about 1 TBSP brown dijon mustard to the vinagrette. That gave it a little extra punch.

Delicious!!! The recipe was very easy to make and extremely good. I enjoyed the lightness of it. This would be good with other cheese I think. I did not have enough white vinegar so I used 1/2 balsamic and the taste was great.

Made this for Memorial Day BBQ and it is quick,tasty and impressive. Used champagne vinegar, fresh herbs from the garden and the combination was winning. You must try this. Will be making this often.

This is a great and fresh salad. Give yourself a break from lettuce! It is easy full of flavor. I added a fresh cucumber to mine but followed the recipe the rest of the way. Thanks Ina!

The cherry tomatoes were soooo expensive! So, I seeded about 8 roma tomatoes and chopped them. I also just used one carton of Feta, not 1.5 lbs....still turned out great! I whisked the oil and vinegar together before I drizzled it over it.

I've made this recipe a few times and it has become one of our favorite side salads. The only thing I do differently is to add some sliced black olives. The flavor is amazing... the fresh basil with the feta and the white wine vinegar all marries together wonderfully. I let mine sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. Mmmm, Mmmm GOOD!!!
