    My husband and I love this salad so much that we have it nearly twice a month. We recently served it for a brunch and it was a hit. We found that smaller pieces of tomato and feta work best.

    Although I don't like watching Barefoot Contessa much, this salad was wonderful. Very light, and I used a tomato flavored feta and it was so yummy. I can't wait to make it this summer for picnics and potlucks!

    This salad is the bomb. I used heirloom tomatoes and it turned out fabulous. Very refreshing, satisfying, and full of flavor.

    I followed Ina's directions to the 'T' and this salad was a hit with my family. It will be one that I use again and again. Ina does it again! Thanks Ina for all of your top-notch recipes.

    This was my mainstay as a child. The only difference is we added green pepper, or mild sweet banana pepper, cucumbers and had a good piece of fresh Greek bread.

    I don't make many recipe salads, I usually just toss greens together with a quick dressing, but when I saw this on tv, I knew I had to try it for an upcoming potluck. It makes *a lot*, so for my own salad, I cut the recipe down by one-half or one-quarter. Serving at just below room temperature is best.
