    I didn't wnat to cahnge your star rating so I did waht everyone else did and gave this recipe five stars. I just wasn't too fond of the fresh mozarella. I have been wanting to try this for years and am glad I finally did , but I wont be making this again.

    This way very easy and very good I made it tonight for the in-laws for dinner it was very good even my 10 year old daughter and my 7 year old son loved it Thanks =

    Simple, elegant and refreshing. I also tried this salad as another reviewer suggested by adding thinly sliced red onion and about 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Both ways are just wonderful,especially if you layer the ingredients. Add a crusty roll and there's lunch or a light dinner!

    This salad of tomatoes and cheese and basil is totally refreshing for your taste buds. The flavor combination is just immaculate.

    This recipe is fine as is but I like to scatter some very thinly sliced sweet red onion over the top and drizzle on a little balsamic vinegar.

    I fixed this wonderful tomatoe dish for a good friend of mine and it was a wonderful hit!! It is wonderful! In fact, I enjoyed this so much, I am planning on serving this at a party I am hosting.
